The peak (4031m ASL) is situated in the Maloalmatinsky ravine. The ascent begins in the region of Touyuk-Su. The route follows to Alpinegrad past the Mynzhilky weather station. Further on it leads to the Pionersky pass across the moraine of the Mametova glacier. From this place the ascent to the summit is performed over the talus and later rocky area up to the top. The rocky part of the route is safeguarded by the guides by means of ropes. The way back is performed down the same route.
