We establish and operate temporary camps and field infrastructure in the Almaty Region for tours and expeditions, outdoor events, school programmes, research and field projects, and production crews.
Depending on the location, season and requirements of the project, we can provide a suitable combination of accommodation, catering, camp infrastructure, equipment and operational support.
MOBILE CAMP OPTIONS
We currently work with two main accommodation formats.
Comfort Mobile Camp
A more comfortable camp using our large camping tents. Depending on the required setup, tents can accommodate one or two people with camp beds and mattresses, or up to three people using mattresses.
Sleeping bags, pillows and bed linen can also be provided as required.
This format is generally available in spring and autumn, when the equipment is not in use at our seasonal Turgen Gorge Trekking Camp.
Lightweight Mobile Camp
A more flexible setup using our 2–3 person trekking tents. Depending on the project, accommodation can be arranged with sleeping mats or mattresses and sleeping bags, or participants can use their own personal sleeping equipment.
This format is available during the outdoor season, subject to weather and local conditions.

CAMP INFRASTRUCTURE
A mobile camp can include much more than accommodation. We can provide the infrastructure needed for it to operate as a complete field base.
Dining & Common Areas
We use different types and sizes of dining tents and communal spaces, selected according to the number of people, available space and conditions at the site. For shorter daytime operations, such as location catering for production crews, simpler covered dining areas can also be arranged.
Tables, chairs, tableware and other necessary equipment can be provided as part of the setup.
Field Kitchen
Our fully equipped field kitchens can be configured for groups and projects of different sizes. Kitchen facilities include their own cooking equipment, gas supply, lighting, hot water and wastewater system, allowing meals to be prepared on site even where permanent facilities are unavailable.
Sanitary Facilities
Sanitary facilities are selected according to the location, accessibility, duration and scale of the project. Depending on the conditions, we can arrange temporary toilets, washing stations and other appropriate field sanitation.
Showers can also be provided where the site and access to a suitable water source make this practical.
Power & Camp Lighting
We provide generator power for camp operations and install lighting in the main camp areas, dining areas and access routes, including paths to sanitary facilities.
Limited power can also be made available for charging phones and other small personal devices. Additional power requirements for professional equipment, event lighting or sound systems need to be arranged separately.

OUTDOOR CATERING
Outdoor catering is a separate part of our field operations and can be provided either together with a mobile camp or as a standalone service for outdoor events, field projects, production crews and other organised groups.
Meals in the Field
Our field kitchens allow us to prepare hot meals directly on site. Depending on the schedule and format of the project, some food may be prepared in advance, while the main meals are cooked at the camp or project location.
We can provide full camp catering with breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as coffee and tea breaks, packed lunches and meals for shorter daytime operations.
Menus & Dietary Requirements
We work with our own field menus, developed for outdoor operations and the equipment used by our kitchen teams. At camps, meals are normally served buffet-style, allowing participants to choose their own portions and making the service practical for groups of different sizes.
Vegetarian meals and other dietary requirements, including food allergies, can be accommodated when agreed in advance.
Kitchen Team & Equipment
Our catering teams include experienced field cooks and kitchen staff. We provide the cooking and serving equipment, tableware and cutlery required for the agreed catering format.
Meals at camps are normally organised as buffet self-service; waiter service is not part of our standard outdoor catering operation.

CAMP SETUP & LOGISTICS
We take care of the delivery, installation, operation and dismantling of our camp infrastructure, as well as the removal of equipment after the project.
Each setup is planned around road access, terrain, site conditions and the requirements of the project. The location may be proposed by us or selected by the client, provided it is suitable for the required camp infrastructure.
During operation, our team maintains the camp infrastructure, including lighting, water supply and other day-to-day camp facilities. The number of staff on site depends on the scale and complexity of the setup.
Where required, mobile camps can also move with the project, with equipment dismantled, transported and re-established at the next location. This option is generally available in spring and autumn and is planned individually according to the route and logistics.

SELECTED EXPERIENCE
Over the years, our mobile camps, catering and field infrastructure have been used for very different projects across the Almaty Region.
Land of Irbis Adventure Event
For the multi-day Land of Irbis adventure event, Trekking Club provided a mobile camp, accommodation, catering, transport and field logistics, alongside the organisation and operation of the competition itself.
Vehicle Rallies & Outdoor Races
We have supported several vehicle and ATV rallies with temporary camps, accommodation, catering and other field infrastructure, adapting the setup to the route, location and format of each event.
Water Resources Field Project
For a water-resources research project carried out by IWM Expert GmbH and the Kazakh-German University, our Turgen Gorge Trekking Camp served as the project base. Trekking Club also provided field transport, local expertise and operational support during their work in the region.
Film & Advertising Productions
We have supported film and advertising crews working on location in the Almaty Region. Projects have included Derbes advertising productions, with our team providing catering and field support for the crews.
